Give Someone a Scent, Not a Guess

ew on the site — a proper gift voucher, for when you know someone needs something from us but not which one.

Buying fragrance for someone else is genuinely difficult. What you love and what they'll love are two different scent profiles more often than you'd think, and a gift that ends up unused in a cupboard because the fragrance was wrong is a worse outcome than no gift at all.

So: gift vouchers. Live on the site now.

How it works

Choose an amount, add a note if you like, and it's emailed straight to whoever you're buying for — or to you, if you'd rather hand it over yourself. Either way, you'll also get a version made to print: a proper card, personalised, with a QR code that takes them straight to redeeming it.

They can spend it on whatever they actually want from the range, in one go or across a few smaller orders — the balance carries over until it's used up. No pressure to guess the "right" scent on someone else's behalf, and no pressure to spend it all at once either.

The practical bits

If a voucher ever needs tracking down, we can look up a balance by voucher code from our side. And for anyone slightly nervous about firing a voucher off to the wrong email address: you can request a resend, and the resend screen only ever shows a masked version of the destination, never the full address.

It's a small feature, but it solves a real problem, which is more than most gift ideas manage.
