Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stillproducts.co.za (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from STILL. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by STILL Products, trading as STILL ("STILL", "we", "us", "our"), a South African home-fragrance brand. STILL designs and hand-makes soy candles, room & linen mists and reed diffusers — a small, growing range of considered home-fragrance products. You can reach us at info@stillproducts.co.za.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). STILL is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added or shown — the price you see is the final total you pay. Should STILL register for VAT in future, prices will be displayed VAT-inclusive as required. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. We take care to display prices accurately; if an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before dispatch.

3. Payment

Payment is made securely online through PayFast, or by EFT using the banking details shown with your order. STILL does not store or have access to your payment card details — card payments are processed entirely by PayFast. Goods are only dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

4. Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale comes into being only when we accept your order, which we do when we confirm dispatch (or, for collection, when the order is ready). We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any payment received.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Delivery time-frames are estimates only. Full details are set out in our Delivery Policy.

6. Pre-orders & made-to-order items

Some items are hand-made to order and are produced after your order is placed. Estimated lead times are shown at checkout. Pre-order cancellation rights are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the STILL and STILL Products names, logos, product names, imagery, text and design — is owned by or licensed to STILL Products and is protected by South African and international intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STILL is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or our products. Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
