Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order placed on stillproducts.co.za may be cancelled. It works alongside your statutory cooling-off rights set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Before fulfilment

You may cancel an order before it has been packed or, for made-to-order items, before production has begun, for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at info@stillproducts.co.za with your order number.

After dispatch

Once the courier has collected your order, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the order at that stage, your statutory cooling-off and returns rights in our Refund & Returns Policy may still apply.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may already have started, so cancellation may not be possible — but please contact us and we will always try to help.
