Privacy & POPIA Policy

STILL Products ("STILL", "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"). This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or sign up to our newsletter — typically your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage information to keep the Site working well.

How we use your information

Order fulfilment: to process, pack, deliver and support your orders, and to communicate with you about them.
Marketing (with consent): to send you news, offers and product updates — only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us.
Service & legal: to provide customer support, keep records, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

Anonymous visit counts

We use a cookie-free analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits to our pages. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not build a profile of you — we only ever see aggregate numbers, such as which pages were viewed, when, and which site a visitor came from. Your basket lives in your own browser and is never sent to us until you place an order.

Payment security

Card payments are processed securely by PayFast. STILL does not store or have access to your payment card details.

We do not sell customer information to third parties. We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run STILL (for example couriers and our payment processor), and only as far as needed to fulfil your order or meet a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law (for example, for tax and accounting records).

Your rights & deletion requests

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to request that we delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, email info@stillproducts.co.za and we will respond as required by POPIA.
